Urban Housing Assistance, Inc.
Urban Housing Assistance, Inc. (UHAPTM) is a non-profit organization that was created to help educate communities around the nation about their local Urban Housing Assistance ProgramsTM, Predatory Lending Laws, (are you protected?) and the HEMATM (Home Equity Management Account) Program. Plus many more programs are coming soon. UHAP is not HUD(Housing of Urban Development), FHA or a Government Agency.
UHAP's goals are educate Home Owners about local Urban Housing Programs and to help educate Home Owners, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Brokers, and Appraisers about the pitfalls of Predatory Lending and Mortgage Fraud.
Urban Housing Assistance creates literature that is available for homeowners to get information regarding the lending world. Different pamphlets are created for consumers these pamphlets range from describing what is preditory lending and what to look out for, to how to make home ownership a reality.
Watch out for future UHAP Sponsored Housing Seminars where you can go and ask Certified Agents up close and personal all the question you have about home ownership.
