Payment Relief Program

The Payment Relief Program is a newly authorized Urban Housing Assistance Program that has allotted funds for secured and unsecured debt elimination, home improvements and mortgage rate reductions. Within this program there are three different funding pools that Residential Acceptance Network can pull from.

UHA No Monthly Payment Option(UHA):

This option provides payment relief by not having to make the monthly mortgage payments. Qualified homeowners can receive funds for home improvements and debt consolidation without having to pay a monthly payment. The program will be due in full once the home is sold or title is changed. Interest Only Option(PRP):

This option provides payment relief through reducing a homeowner’s monthly payment. On average a monthly payment of $1,350.00 would drop to $795.00 saving on average $555.00. This is a yearly cash flow increase of more than $6,500.00. These savings are not based on paying off debt, but debt elimination is also available with this program. S3P™ & S5P™ Program(S3P)(S5P):

This option provides payment relief through increasing the homeowner’s cash flow. This program is run in accordance with Fannie Mae’s guidelines and our Preferred Investor Pricing offers rates as low as 4.875 %*. This program is eligible for debt elimination and home improvements. All Programs are subject to change. Qualified Homeowners must meet or exceed Tangible Benefit Policy (Benefits must meet or exceed TBP Calculation). This means that PRP program must save the Homeowner over the TBP Calculation or the loan will be disqualified for this program.
