1. At anytime you may reset you existing program in order to reduce the interest rate, obtain cash out and/or reduce the term of the program without having to pay the full closing costs. There is no limit on the number of times you choose to exercise this option on the subject property.
2. You will receive quarterly newsletters with the purpose of educating you on existing interest rates, market trends and new beneficial programs available to our preferred customers.
